🍑 Results. Results! RESULTS!! 🎉 It took me 7 months to get to this point; 7 months of trial and error, cheating on my diet, overcoming an injury, forcing myself to drink enough water, figuring out which exercises my body responded to the best, and staying consistent with my workout routines. The struggle was real y'all! 🙏🏼 It doesn't end here though. I have a new goal every week that builds into a larger goal that helps to challenge myself but not overwhelm myself. I'm finally getting my nutrition under control and getting to see the first steps towards progress! 👣 Baby steps will get you farther than anything. It's a journey, not a race!
