19/20kg difference weight wise in pictures.
The left side was when I started prep in January. It's always hard transitioning from off season to prep, more mentally then anything else. Even though you may have done it a fair few times, it's still daunting thinking how far you have to go, and whether you can do it all again (and you always can!). I struggle with off season and I have always been very vocal about that, it is far harder than any prep. When I get deep into off season I struggle with keeping track of my progress and my physique, i just cover up and keep my head down with training - and in all honesty I always have made great improvements... But mentally it just kills me.
As some of you know I am stepping away from competing- something I will cover more in a YouTube video, so now I am calling this my "life season" 😆. I love cardio, I love training and I love eating good nutrient dense foods- it's where I feel I am at my best mentally and physically. So the next few months is going to be extremely hard trying this thing called "balance" - if you know me you know I'm an all or nothing girl!
Although I welcome the challenge, because i want to feel healthy mind and body.

I was going through my old phone last night when I stumbled across this bikini clad pic from last year and I was just so shocked, like I can’t believe I actually looked like that now! It’s amazing because when I have my down days and think I’m not making any progress all I have to see is look at pictures like this and believe in myself and realise it’s worth every drop of sweat and every muscle ache because I am I so freaking proud of me! 💁🏼 .
I have singled handedly done this is I’ve no help at all, no PT no nutritionist just me gaining knowledge and working out what works for my body! . ✨KNOWLEDGE IS POWER✨ .
