Stayed at home today instead of the gym. This was the 10th set of 12 reps with 120 lbs in under 20 minutes. Last set was to failure, which was 16 reps, equaling 124 reps with a volume of 14,880 lbs.
I typically don't train in reps of sets unless I'm doing calisthenics (which is about 3 times a week), when lifting, I normally train until failure on every set, no matter the weight. Today I wanted to try something different and with higher volume. So here it is. Give it a try! #lift #gains 🔥🔥🔥🔥
