Last week I tried these out on the leg extension machine which was really good because it felt extremely stable. The only thing with that variation is I needed help to get into position.
This week I wanted to try it out with the barbell. It took a bit of playing around to find the right position.
The further away my feet were from my body the more I felt it in my hamstrings. So I finally found the 'sweet spot' which was keeping my feet shoulder width apart, closer to my body and sliiiightly pointing out my toes.
Nonetheless I felt the burn, same burn as last week.. especially when I'd hold at the top. Thrust is a must 🍑
