Balance: a simple idea, but a complex task. Too often I find myself forgetting to bring balance into my life. Finding a balance between school, health, boyfriend, family, friends, oh, and me-time, has been as difficult as it sounds. What has worked for me is well, first knowing what and who my priorities are. Second, learning a schedule/balance that works for me and NOT straying from it. If it works, why change it? (I learned this one the hard way) and lastly, listening to my mind and body.
Work hard, but find your balance.
