How this vegan queen eats on a Saturday after a busy morning doing weekly, farmers market shop ping and food prep for two different clients. Finally I get home to make food for myself. Green pea fusilli in a kale, spinach, basil, hemp seed & oil pesto, served with caramelised garlic, sour dough bread and raw side salad same as yesterday's lunch.
