Jumpstart your new year with this super fun fitness challenge I'm hosting with @MoveMoreFitness! It's all about living a healthy life and having a #HappyMoveYear! πŸ˜‰ Every Monday through Friday I'll post a video demonstrating movements from that week's theme. This challenge is for every level and there will be modified versions. You can do my workout or any exercise you like centered around that theme. Saturday and Sunday are rest days or an opportunity for you to catch up. You can do as many workouts as you like but you only have to post once to be eligible for that week's prize. Day 5: L❀️VE your life
More snow again today, but we made the best of it. June decided to sled down the giant snow bank on the side of our driveway while I shoveled. We had a blast and got some exercise while taking care of business. Life is busy but there's always a way to make daily chores more fun and if I can incorporate a bit of healthy activity in there too, I consider it a win-win! πŸ‘ŠπŸ˜… πŸ˜ƒ

This Up, Down, Side To Side workout strengthens your core, legs, butt and shoulders. I've provided options depending on what feels best for you. You can accomplish anything and make it anywhere you dream of. Growing up in NYC, I always dreamed of running the @nycmarathon. As a young girl on the sidelines I cheered on the runners and imagined how wonderful it must feel to accomplish such an incredible goal. I was determined to cross that finish line myself as an adult one day. Preparing for the #TCSNYCMarathon was one of the hardest training experiences of my life. There were many times I doubted myself or if I could do it. But I kept pushing and stayed focused. That determination paid off in the biggest way when I finally became a NYC Marathoner!! It reminded me that I CAN do anything I put my mind to. The next time you're feeling self doubt, pick your head up and keep lunging forward. Tell yourself how amazing you are and how endless your capabilities are. You got this. #FunWithFit
