Not everyone is perfect and indulging needs to come in moderation. I love my wine just as much as the next person as well as my sweets and carbs but I've toned it down. Not every time you meet up with a friend do you need to get drunk. What are you celebrating every weekend? All you're doing is putting empty calories into your body, who needs that added weight, right?! I was the person who drank all the time and got drunk all the time and the weight gain proved it!
