As of mom of 3 strong-willed children, 😬 I am always BUSY and on-the-go. I think I speak for most Mamas when I say it just feels like there's NOT ENOUGH MINUTES ⏱in the day to get everything done. I think that's why I never made my health and wellness a PRIORITY. I sometimes even felt selfish for doing things that were for me. We put our kids and our families needs first and we come last. ⬇⬇⬇⬇⬇ Now, thankfully, I realize that SELF-CARE is not SELFISH, it's NECESSARY in order to live a happy life🙌🏻 I just needed to find the RIGHT FIT for my life as a mom. That's why I'm so THANKFUL that I found my coach and found these programs.
They've changed my life in so many ways. Working out in my home has been a complete GAME-CHANGER for me the workouts are 25 to 30 minutes everyday, and I don't have to take any time away from my kids because I'm still at home with them, AND I'm setting a good example of being healthy, because those little eyes are ALWAYS watching👀! Changing up my fitness has also changed my MINDSET and has just made me a happier mama, and EVERYBODY benefits from that!!🙄
