Format: 3 sets of: 10 lower body lifts, 5 5s/5s in/out hollow holds (hold with knees tucked for 5s, then extend legs for 5s = 1 rep, do 5 for a total of 50s), 10ea oblique tuck ins, 8ea in-out-up-downs, 8ea four lifts, 30 plank rocks!
