Burning more calories through circuits at the end of my workouts. 15 Weighted pushups, 15 pullups, and 15 side raises for 4 sets.
Today’s session: clean + jerks working up to 1RM (47kg which is a PB) then 3 x 3 at 85% and 3 x 5 at 75%. Deadlifts working up to a heavy double for 3 sets (95kg), then 5 x 5 at 70% of 1RM (77kg). 3RFT: 3 pull ups 6 hang power cleans 9 box jumps. Finally 7 min amrap of 9 thrusters and 21 double unders. 🍎Shop for success 🥦 . . Eating right starts with making healthy decisions in the grocery store! If you don’t buy it, it becomes much harder to eat. There are certain foods that I rarely buy because I know I do not have the discipline to eat them responsibly. But I do have The discipline not to buy them! . . When we are hungry we tend to eat what’s readily available and easiest to consume. The majority of the time that leads to unhealthy snacking. But if I have filled my fridge with healthy options then I’m more likely to eat healthy! It sounds simple, because it is simple! . . Have a plan and preferably a list when you go shopping. Having a list will help you stick to the plan. And sticking to the plan will help you achieve your goals! . .
