- diced raw carrots
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 2 handfuls spinach
- 1 small cup of boiled corns
- olive oil, sea salt, turmeric powder, black pepper & red chili powder 🌶

carb the f* up guys .. carbs is what gives our body energy. lot of people, especially young people are always scared of carbs and trying to eat food that's less in carbs and i don't understand that at all. carbs doesn't make you FAT, bad carbs from coke- Fanta-eating processed foods everyday- greasy foods like pizza, burgers, fries, cheese- those are all bad carbs .. i'm not perfect myself and i do eat outside sometimes and once in a while i have junk foods but 85% the time, I'm always cooking at home fresh and all organic (i love cooking.. i find it very therapeutic too) and i just love the idea of being able to make something from scratch to where it's ready to eat. 👌🏽 that's why carb the f* up!! fill your body with all healthy carbs like fruits, veggies, rice and others. ✨🙏🏼📿
