One Goal Training is proud to introduce the Summer Beach Bod Series! This summer take your workouts outside and come out to the beach every Saturday morning to start your weekend off right with the hardest and dirtiest workout in Chicago.
Benefits of working out in the sand:
- Low Impact; easier on all major joints.
- Fewer Injuries; less impact means happy and pain free body.
- Increased Instability, Resistance & Calorie Burn; makes the easiest movements harder and forces various muscles to work that normally wouldn’t have to on hard surfaces. In addition, since the muscle groups involved have to work harder than usual, your body requires more energy, meaning larger calorie burn!
- Stress Reduction; let’s not kid ourselves, the workout is going to be tough, but at the end of the day you’re on the beach. Can’t beat that!
- Vitamin D; for those pale individuals trapped in an office M-F 9-5, get a natural dose of your favorite summertime vitamin.
All fitness levels will be welcomed as each workout easily can be modified. So whether you are an elite level athlete looking to improve your conditioning or simply looking to get rid of the “Parent Bod”, join us, get dirty, and this summer get into the best beach bod shape of your life.
