Its human nature to be motivated by failure. I wasn't good enough on stage today & I won't be next time either unless I keep grinding.
It's the middle of the night & I competed less than 5 hours ago but damned if I'm going to give up. Sleep is overrated. I will have to sleep on the plane. I've just finished a full body workout & a stair master session in the hotel gym before I prep my meals for my trip & get myself to the airport to fly to LA then Melbourne.
I don't know where I found the energy to do that session after a day on stage but hey, if I am not lean enough there is only one way to change that. It's going to be a hungry & gruelling week.
I arrive in Melbourne on Tuesday morning & you know I will be going straight to @dohertysgym to get back to work.
Average is one thing I do not want to be.
