If you want to do great work you have to do a lot of work.
To do a lot of work you must be around long enough to do a lot of work.
If you’re going to even come close to actualizing your potential, at least two things are certain:
You must have a tremendous amount of energy, and;
You have to be around a long time because it just takes a lot of time.
Self-Awareness and awakening takes many years. Unfortunately, when the vast majority finally get a modicum of Self-Awareness it’s in later years when the body is wearing out and winding down.
I’ve always thought this a tremendous waste; and therefore have committed myself to not only voracious learning and growth but voracious study and application of strength, longevity and energy and power.
The world needs more awake and aware and experienced individuals. Right?
It might as well be you.
Make a commitment to live to be at LEAST 100!
Not out of fear or for vanities sake, but for humanity and global sake.
First: You MUST STOP running and jogging; and for God’s sake get off the endless slow, long cardio.
The latest research at Harvard and Emory University conclude that runners get more illnesses than non-runners. Please read that again.
Second: You MUST START lifting weights.
