Had my shake on-the-go for breakfast this morning... It was a rough start to the day/week, after a fun and busy weekend. I snapped this as I exhaled, after getting Bob to the train and the kids to school (albeit a bit late), in the pouring rain. Iโ€™ve got so much to get to done today and fueling myself with super foods helps me make it happen. ๐ŸŒ€โ˜”๏ธ๐Ÿš™๐Ÿ‘Š๐Ÿผ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ˜‹ #hellomonday

DAY 12 of #MyOptaviaEats (1)CHOCOLATE SHAKE: Of course you know the drill with this one...blended with coffee and ice. Boom! #MyMorningCupOfJoe (2)CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE: Who thinks to have dessert in the morning?! Two thumbs pointed straight back #ThisGirl ...By accident I added a tad bit more water when mixing and I only nuked it for 30 seconds, which made for a more chewy second fueling today. #TurnedOutFine (3)CHICKEN & VEGETABLE SOUP: This soup is actually growing on me. Itโ€™s a bit on the creamier side than I prefer for soups, but Iโ€™ve doctored it once again. I added a sprinkle of Onion & Herb Dash, 1/2 cup of chicken broth, and 1 cup of water (so a 1/2 cup more of liquid than the instructions say). The extra water makes it the consistency I prefer in a soup. #WinnerWinnerChickenDinner (4)CHEWY BROWNIE: I undercooked this, and it was better than I thought it would be. I even ate some of the batter off the spoon while it cooked for 30 seconds in the microwave #iAlwaysLovedBrownieBatter (5)CRANBERRY HONEY NUT GRANOLA BAR: I had my last Fueling while running errands. Iโ€™m telling you, this program was designed to be convenient #FuelingOnTheGo (6)LEAN & GREEN: My husband and I decided to order a few items from the Flavors of Home line, since they are a complete L/G meal already packaged and ready to go (1 Lean and 3 Greens), we figured it would be worth trying. So tonight for my prepared L/G I had the Chicken Cacciatore. Iโ€™m a flavor kind of chick, so I did add a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese, and hooray, I had dinner! Iโ€™m digging these meals. @claudeohara had the Beef Stew and also added a pinch of salt with a dash of hot sauce. Both of us chowed down on these meals. Iโ€™m really glad we opted to get them! It makes this program even THAT much more convenient for us.
