In the summer I find it difficult to be totally intentional about healthy eating. There are so many opportunities for bad eating. After a while, I can tell that it takes a toll on my running. Not okay! So tonight I decided to put together a little detox dinner. It's so simple! Stir-fried cabbage and carrots with Asian flavors, sesame seeds and unsalted peanuts for protein.
