In honor of #pslseason here is a healthy breakfast version of everyone’s favorite #Starbucks drink: the pumpkin spice latte smoothie 🍂🍁🎃
Blend together pumpkin purée, a frozen banana, black iced coffee, plain Greek yogurt, grated fresh ginger, ground cinnamon, ground nutmeg, and a scoop of vanilla protein powder.
This #pumpkinspice smoothie comes out to 360 calories, 34 grams of protein, 49 grams of carbs (6 grams of those being fiber), and 3 grams of fat. This doesn’t include the walnut garnish, which would add to the fat and protein content.
That’s a perfect start to the day, or great for post workout!
