I’m Feeling anxious, overwhelmed, and rushed right now.
Why do these feelings creep in??? 🙁
Instead of feeding these emotions with food, I’m going to feed them with inspiring words and love. 💗
I used to think reading personal development was for people in way worse situations than me. Like you had to have gone through a terrible life event or have rock bottom self-esteem to need it. But that’s not true at all. 🙅🏼♀️ EVERYONE needs a way to grow and become better. Even me, who may portray that I have it all together and have no worries or stresses in the world. But, truth is, I do. And this is what helps me. It used to be chips and ice cream...sometimes it still is, but I’m learning to deal with my emotions in healthier ways. Ways that don’t lead to me feeling worse about myself in the end.
