Perfected my banana bread’s recipe and it’s 👌🏼😋 It’s gluten-free, dairy-free, made with just natural sweeteners and has a vegan alternative (for the eggs). •
MAPLE WALNUT BANANA BREAD🍞🍌
▹3/4 cup gluten-free flour
▹1/4 cup coconut flour
▹1/3 cup maple syrup
▹a handful of walnuts
▹3 tbsp melted coconut oil ▹2 eggs (1tbsp flaxseed meal + 2.5tbsp water, stir and let rest for 5min to thicken)
▹a pinch of salt + cinnamon
▹1tbsp of baking soda and baking powder
Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients and in another bowl, the wet ingredients. Add the wet ingredients and mix well.
Fold in the chopped walnuts and add on top half of a banana (you can freeze the other half for a smoothie 😛)
Pour the batter in a loaf pan and bake for 45-50min.
