Progress MS-09 Lieferservice
Zwar liefert die Progress keine warme Pizza ins All, aber
trotzdem ist ihr Inhalt von großer Bedeutung für die ISS. Am 10.07.2018 um ca. 3:30
Uhr MESZ dockte die Progress MS-09 an der ISS an. Zuvor hatte sich die ISS
gedreht und uns dadurch eine tolle NADIR-Perspektive auf die Erde ermöglicht. Die
Panasonic-Kamera, welche qualitativ die besten Bilder liefert und uns normalerweise
mit Backviewvideos versorgt, blickte nahezu senkrecht auf die Erde und
dokumentierte nebenbei noch das Andockmanöver der Kapsel. Diese Kapsel startete
genau wie unser Astronaut Alexander Gerst in Baikonur (Kasachstan). Sie liefert
wichtigen Proviant wie z.B. Wasser, Sauerstoff, Treibstoff und Lebensmittel für
die Crew. Fallen euch Unterschiede zur bereits gekoppelten Sojus-Kapsel auf,
mit der Alexander Gerst zur Raumstation flog?

Green goop on a manky table, the breakfast of champions. It's crunch time today as I'm starting the real running. I'm going to do the first section off the heritage way, witch is 8 miles long according to ramblers UK. Usually I run fasted or semi fasted in the morning or several hours after eating but I'm going to pouch this porridge and probably start the run about an hour later. The recipe for green goop is porridge outs, water, frozen blueberries (great for skint folk like me), a sprinkling of bran flakes, a teaspoon of sugar, 2tsp sirulina and some cacao nibs. Its all cheap as fuck and last you ages so it appears like I have money for fancy sounding things while being a pauper.
