Cilantro avocado sauce: 1.5 cup fresh cilantro + 1/4 cup olive oil + 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar + 1 large avocado + 2 small limes, juiced + 1 tbsp minced garlic + sea salt/ground pepper to taste (about 1/4 tsp each) + 1/4 tsp chili powder (optional) + 2 tbsp water --> blend in food processor. Store in closed container in the fridge for up to 5-6 days (and no it doesn't turn brown due to the acidity from the limes)
Spiralize zucchinis using @theinspiralizer. Add a touch of oil to a pan then toss zoodles constantly for about 2-3 min until hot. Don't cook too long or they will release their moisture and turn soggy. Top with cilantro avo sauce and the best organic turkey meatballs EVER πŸ‘Š

I love mini goals and challenges, and using it to help you, as well as my journey from the beginning which seems like so long a go now πŸ™ˆ A lot ask me what my goals are right now training wise... CURRENTLY; just a little mini cut. I was having 2700 cals a day up to 2 weeks ago πŸ™ˆπŸ€˜ I'm happy to work to gain muscle (eating in a surplus - NO OTHER WAY) with weeks of mini cuts in between to make sure I stay happy and comfortable in my own body for a whileπŸ˜ŠπŸ’— THATS KEY. It's only natural to feel uncomfortable when you gain body fat, BUT you can't gain muscle without gaining fat, so slow and steady (despite the odd holiday splurgeπŸ˜‰) is the way forward πŸ™‹ BALANCE IS BEST ❀ Weeks of "cutting back" naturally involve a little more restriction, but that doesn't have to be overboard ❀ (Snapchat - nat_tilly)

Picture on the left, genuinely enjoyed that challenge and happy to know I can do it, but I was uncomfortable in my own skin, it felt too tight, I felt too limp and tiny. Picture on the right, nearly 3 weeks into my mini cut and feel happy out, just dropped a little bit of fat from the height of my first ever "bulk" (can we find a prettier wordπŸ˜‚) and keeping myself on track. Eating allllll the food IS NEEDED to gain muscle. I only did for 4.5 months, and I can't wait to see what another 4, and even more over time will do πŸ’—β€πŸ’—. GOD WE ARE SO FREAKING BLESSED to be able to chase goals and embrace our body like this. Feel good, look good. It's not always look good, feel good. πŸ’πŸ’—πŸ€˜
