Das wissen wir.Ich gehe noch weiter...Er ist sogar das ausdauerndste Lauftier von allen.
Aber nicht nur das!
Er ist ein Bewegungstier,welches auf Bewegungsvielfalt ausgelegt ist.
Der Homo sapiens kann u.a. schwimmen,kriechen,klettern,springen,sprinten...kann aber auch filigran Klavier spielen.
...und genau diese Fähigkeiten sollten genutzt und trainiert werden!
Es ist nicht nur das Laufen,es ist die Kombination,die langfristig den Körper gesund erhält.
Beim Langlauf werden Fuß-,Waden-,Oberschenkel-,Gesäß- u. Rumpfmuskulatur trainiert.Aber nur bis zu einem bestimmten Niveau,nicht darüber hinaus!
...Und auch hier entsteht oftmals eine muskuläre Dysbalance, welche häufig zu Folgeschäden führt.
Bei eingebauten Sprints sieht es schon wieder anders aus.Mit diesen zum Bsp. schaffst du es, die Muskulatur durch zusätzlicher Reizung, zu mehr Wachstum zu bewegen.
Ebenfalls kannst du deine Laufqualität und -Leistung durch ein ergänzendes Krafttraining deutlich verbessern und gleichzeitig deine Gelenke langfristig entlasten!

22 push-ups challenge, Day 2 of 22. I was nominated by @spartan_rau to raise awareness for all the veterans suffering from PTSD. 22 veterans commit suicide per day, which is sadly a reality we must help to prevent in any posible form, and this is a humble way of doing it. Rule are simple: I’m nominating my big brother @9jorgeruiz 1.- Once you are nominated your challenge starts the following day. 2.- Every day record doing yourself 22 push-ups however you can do them. ( breaks, assistance, etc). 3.- Every day nominated a person to do it. 4.- It’s doesn’t hurt to get some exercise in so have fun! 🔥🏋️‍♂️SKILL ADAPTATION🔥🤸‍♂️
Let's talk about improving a skill and performing such skill under fatigue.
Developing a skill can be challenging and tough, you need to earn the right and be strong to perform any skill. Whether is muscle ups, butterfly pull ups, handstand push ups, bar muscle ups, barbell cycling and many more.
Once you develop such a skill don't at them to your workouts before you can perform them in this 3 phases.
Phase 1 is improving the skill in a non fatigued state, so if you just learn how to butterfly pull ups doing a 10min amrap with snatch, box jumps and pull ups wont get you any better at it, start by doing certain amount of set for a number of reps and having the adequate rest between sets to make sure you keep the movement as clean as possible.
Phase 2 is start performing that skill in a low fatigued state, so now we looking at adding a few movements that wont interfere but that it will make it harder to perform. Example 12min EMOM 45sec bike on the first minute and 1-3 muscle ups on the second minute.
Once you can perform this skill in a no fatigued state consistently and do the same thing while being in a low fatigued state, now its time to Phase 3 and that is challenging yourself and start performing this skill in a high fatigued state.
Example
4 rounds
3 muscle ups
15 cal bike
3 muscle ups
35 double under
Rest 2mins
And slowly build that fatigued state and build the volume through those movements.
Make sure you slowly build volume through the skills such as gymnastic and barbell cycling before you start adding the intensity.
