#Throw🔙 to those days when my body was functioning normally. What can I say.. I really hate Dysautonomia - to be honest, but I need to stay positive and just keep living no matter what. 'Cause I know that I will work my way up somehow, for sure. It just takes time and until then, I need to trust the process.
I have options. First I need to suppress some infections, untill I can start exercising. Now seems that I am moving to Sweden in near future.

So my weight has stalled,scale has stopped at 181 and I've seen little difference in appearance over the last couple weeks.So starting tomorrow I'll be upping calories to 4,000 a day and start hitting every body part twice a week.Something that most people will argue about being "overtraining".Personally I feel overtraining,while a real thing,is hard to do.And also doesn't happen in the sense everyone thinks it does.Your muscles will adapt,given proper nutrition.Othwrwise those who work construction AND go to the gym would never make progress.The real problem is your CNS,as it doesn't always recover fast enough to keep going.You should always listen to your body,but you should also always be pushing yourself as hard as you can.Worst case scenario,you do overtrain,deload,and get back on it.I will be updating my progress as always and attempt to prove you can indeed give it 100% and not ruin the gains!
