5:30 Grinding it out today. Starting to change my workouts back to two a days. Weights in the morning Boxing in the afternoon. Today I did a basic Drop sets 10-8-4-6 starting with this iso Chest press machine. I like this one because it really makes you focus purely on the chest muscles forming shape and creating size. I start with 45s on each side, then add another. Do that for sets 10-8. Then add more weight for 6-4. 76% on low-bar squat is starting to feel much more comfy, despite how it looks.......kinda surprised.

Bench went great, but it could've went better.
Exhaustion started getting the best of me once it came time for bench, so I wound up staggering my quads with trips(4, 3, 4, 3, '4' fail).

My first ever attempt at block pulls yesterday . Starting from around my sticking point was such a different feeling and I found I really had to brace my core more than I do off the ground. I love training in Zenith . We're lucky to have some really good equipment with racks and platforms near always available and we have a good number of different strength athletes and 95% are really supportive of me and each other. I definitely appreciate all the good people I've met since starting training in there .

270kg x 2 today . Hips so fricking tight I didn't do any assistance . Not getting the regular massages really makes recovery harder. Got my main work set done but that's about all I achieved . High block pulls for first time up to a double at 250kg from my sticking point and such a different feeling with no momentum off the floor but will be good

Probably the most un-enthusiastic selfie I've ever taken because it's a pre training and low carb intake honest post. Sitting somewhere between 84 and 85 because I've been a dick and missed meals and stayed up late playing candy crush and watching American Horror Story Hotel season. I've also had a big few days of training because more leg sleeve on Friday so I really need to check myself and eat more . I hate meal prep with a vengeance and if I win lotto I'm hiring a live in cook who also does deep tissue massage and cleans and lays out my gym clothes on my bed each day .

Going for a rep pb at 260kg and camera falls over after first rep but hit the 4 so had to do it twice to make sure I got it on video. Second vid the 4th was a fricking grinder lol. Didn't black out which was a bonus . Bumpers though so do with it what you will. That scraping on my hammies yesterday definitely helped as I struggled with a single at 260 a few days ago and today was 2 x 4 .
