150x8 to start, then my prescribed 145x5x8 and a metric fuckton of triceps and chest accessory work.

Strength is going down a little (as you can see), but the pump is real.

First day of new program with @jim_rts.

Single @8 ended with 230. Shown is 220@7 and 230@8.
Bench 5rep @8 ended with 120. Light touch bench is the go ahead from coach no more sink. Different to get used to but following the process. Should have been pausing all the reps longer.

New breathing technique did wonders with the squats.

Pounded out 200x5x8 on high bar squats, but unfortunately I couldn't get any accessory work in due to time constraints.
At the very least, the direct work was accomplished; that's all I care about.

Steadily sitting around 141 BW, so I'm banking on this hypertrophy phase to not backfire on me when it comes to making weight.
