Single @8 ended with 230. Shown is 220@7 and 230@8. Bench 5rep @8 ended with 120. Light touch bench is the go ahead from coach no more sink. Different to get used to but following the process. Should have been pausing all the reps longer.
Day 1. Pounded out 200x5x8 on high bar squats, but unfortunately I couldn't get any accessory work in due to time constraints. At the very least, the direct work was accomplished; that's all I care about.
