LONG POST, PLEASE READ!
So anothet Sorö meet is over, and just like last year a lot of training and fun, but this is not, what this post is about. I have now had the juggling injury for almost one year and i have tried almost everything to get it away. During the summer i had a one month break with no freestyle, during autumn i was taped up with kinesio tape and tried to train whatever is injured in the foot/knee. Then at the 1. Of february i had a steroid injection that i really hoped would help, but nothing changed. Now there's only one thing left to try, the prp injection, which should help. To be totally honest i actually feels kinda depressed. If i don't train i get depressed simply because i don't train. When i train i get depressed because i get reminded of this injury. Yesterday i realised that i can't even do the juggling movement without the ball because my foot just drops with the outside to the ground and there's literally nothing i can do about. I am also beginning to have pain in my knee at all times both above and under it, and i cant even walk properly without my foot making a weird movement out to the side. What annoys me the most is that one year ago i was able to get 3 2revs in a combo and now i can hardly make 2 htw's. I have no motivation for anything atm and i don't know when i will again, but one thing is for sure, and that is i wont give up. Big thanks to @landrou for always being there for me and to @alexfs17 for telling me so much about the injury!
