如果想要保持皮膚的美嫩,蛋白質是主要的要素,但這些豬肉、雞蛋、牛肉等富有豐富的維它命及維生素,所以在吃這些食物時,必需同食用新鮮水果和蔬菜,可以用以抵制過多的酸和防止皮膚硬化,因為蔬菜水果可以清血,並能中和人體的膽汁化,可以讓氣色更好,也能讓皮膚變的健康美嫩。😃 美容上最不可忽視是維它命。

皮膚乾粗容易受傷化膿者,可多食蘿蔔、青菜、菠菜等蔬菜及枇杷、香蕉、杏、柑等水果,補充維它命A;皮膚容易發炎、乾燥、膚色不好,可食大豆、花生、蜿豆、菠菜等食物;皮膚容易出血,生紫斑,雀斑、暗瘡,以及血色不良並對細菌抵抗弱者,應多吃較多的維它命C的食物,例如蘿蔔、番茄、捲心菜、蜿豆、白菜、菠菜、檸檬、蜜柑、柿子、楊梅、橙、以及蘋果等均者有效。

Casi siempre os muestro comidas o cenas, pero casi nunca meriendas. La verdad es que raramente meriendo por tema de horarios. Pero hoy he quedado con mi prima @ysanz y me ha llevado a la @granjapetitbo.
