One thing I had to learn in the last couple of months was, that most pain & suffering are only an issue because we refuse to accept reality.
We’re all living in our mind’s perception of how the world & others should be, how they should treat us & what things should happen to us.
We’re simply doing this because we identify our whole being with our mind.
(Spoiler: We’re way much more than that)
Therefore, if things don’t fit into the way our ego want’s it to be, we feel threatened and a little bit lost, because if our egoic defintion of our selfs should turn out wrong, who are we?
So if you surrender to what is & accept things as they are, there’s no need for pain, suffering or negativity, because you stop to define yourself through your mind and thereby all those things around you.
You start to truly look within
