Buenos días! Aprovechando que está más fresquito y muchos de ustedes no tienen mucho tiempo para desayunar, se puede implementar este desayuno. En vez de usar la avena para hacer muffins o budines, solo se la cocina un poquito con algunos agregados y listo. Aparte, como es un cereal integral que aporta mucha fibra, nos deja saciados por un rato largo! Les explico cómo se hace esta 🍓🍌Avena con frutilla y banana 🍓🍌.
♦️ Ingredientes: 🔸 2/3 taza de agua 🔸 1/3 taza de avena 🔸 1 huevo 🔸 1 cdita de esencia de vainilla 🔸 1 o 2 sobrecitos de edulcorante o stevia
♦️ Decoración: 🔸 banana en rodajas 🔸 frutillas en rodajas
♦️ Procedimiento:
👉 En una olla colocar el agua y la avena, mezclar y cocinar hasta que se forme una pasta.
👉 Agregar la esencia de vainilla y el edulcorante o la stevia, mezclar.
👉 Agregar el huevo o la clara, cocinar y mezclar.
👉 Servirla en un bowl.
👉 Agregarle la banana y la frutilla. Que tengan un lindo día! 😘😘😘

Recipe:
1.Layer chia pudding.
3 tablespoons of chia seeds and 2-3 dl milk, yogurt or coconut milk. Add some vanilla and mix it. Into the fridge overnight 👍

Frozen banana 🍌 frozen mango. Add some milk and a splash of syrup(I use coconut syrup )and add a bit of vanilla powder and blend it. .

Whats going on my bruddaaaaahs? My friends with benefits, my g funk nizzles? How are yall doing today? Good to hear unless it negative😅 Who Me? And this is all because of Melanie @melaniechicoine who's driving me crazy with her smoothiebowls😭 only this one looks different, because its a smoothie draaaaaaaaaaw with swirls from last weekend. Remember that bowl with 4 layers? This is how my mixture of fruit looks like when i ate half of my bowl and decided to paint it. Painting like a child isn't a negative for me, it's something only great artists can really achieve. And i'm here to teach every single one of you how to be great, feel great and share your greatness with everyone you know! We as human beeings are the essence of LOVE, thats what we're created for. Dont fight with one another, love one another and learn how to forgive!
