Here you go! My first one minute stretch tutorial. Today is half center split half groggy split! One of my favorite adductor/inner thigh stretches. Stretch each side twice, alternating between the two for thirty breaths. ---------------------------
Before you stretch:
1. Warm🔥up: prep with a couple minutes of cardio or sun salutations so your body is warm and feeling good.
2. Know your limits: I'd recommend being able to sit on the floor with a moderate straddle comfortably.
3. Don't take it too far: stretching too far or too long can actually be detrimental.
