What is your number one self care tip? How much time a day do you spend to take care of yourself? A lot of people don’t take the time, have cravings, feel tired, have digestion issues and struggle with emotional eating. But with just a few minutes of self care every day we can support ourself so much. Self care really helps to reach optimal health. My best tipp is to consciously do at least one thing every day that makes you happy. Whatever that is... taking a hot shower, meditate, talking to a friend, walking in the forest... today I prepared me and my family a nice breakfast and I’m so happy every time I take the time to prepare myself a nourishing meal.
