Wash my hands, start cooking, after feed kids, then I go shower. .
If you’re busy always remember you are in control of your time.
I would do this all the time before even having grandma home, or working 9-6 M-F
What’s funnier, I can enable myself and ask my husband to cook or take me out for breakfast no questions asked, but I do this for my health, my kids, being slow and lazy is something I can not be.

if you’re a pumpkin spice junkie! @kodiakcakes pumpkin flax is 🔥My favorite though is Almond Poppy seed, no syrup needed. OMG it is so good I wanted another one, even tho I’m no longer in prep my goal is to be as fit and healthy as possible so (Self-Control)
