#FridayFix Looking to update your kitchen. It's amazing what paint and some thought can do. Of course updating your appliances approves the value and look, but you want to give your whole kitchen LIFE.
*Find a great clean color scheme. Gray/White/Navy is like the color of the year but you can choose colors to your taste. Just remember, think long term, think subtle with a kick.
*Don't be afraid to paint your cabinets. I highly recommend painting with a spray system so you don't leave streaks.
*Change cabinet doors and/or hardware
*Change your counter tops, there are so many nice options to fit your taste and budget right now.
*Move your appliances to make more space. *Lighting Lighting Lighting. Putting different and gorgeous lighting sets the tone.
*New fresh flooring, definitely gives your kitchen a facelift but this is not always needed unless you have some funkadelic designs from the '70's. Hey, keep it if that's what you're into. Lol
Renovating can be one hell of a task, but don't make it difficult. You don't have to do everything at once, take on each change one by one.
Utilize your local Habitat for humanity, thrift stores and flea markets. I'm dealing with a fixer upper now and I've saved so much money.
Hope these tips find you well,
You Can Do It
Put Your Back Into It!!!
