Salt. As we get older, we like it MORE because our tasting senses dull with age. But we should be mindful of where our salt comes from. Some salts should be avoided at all costs. There are nutritional salts out there, and somewhere in the middle is smoked sea salt, like the one in the photo. We at Dr Gaye HQ love it on avocados! What’s your favourite salt?
