I am thankful this morning for…Low 70 temperatures, windows opened with a fresh breeze, sunshine, fresh flowers, and a cup of coffee.
This “Cultivate Gratitude” journal was given to me by a dear friend and I have to say it has been a game changer. I have never been one to journal or sit in the morning and reflect on my day. This journal has made it extremely easy for me to focus on the positives in life which is definitely needed somedays.
Right now, some of my gratitude moments have been: TUMS (3rd trimester reflux 😬), good health, mobility, baby kicks, my husbands patience, sour gummy bears (cravings 🤣), a healthy family, and air conditioning… I am anxious to see overtime how this changes.
