Listening to the 5 Second Rule by Mel Robbins has given me so many "a-ha" moments. Hearing this golden nugget made a lot of things click. I beat myself up over procrastinating because I wasn't always like this. Guess what I also wasn't: a big stress ball.
What can you do today to drop your stress level and get out of procrastination? For me, I am blocking time to work on some outstanding projects. Chipping away at them until they are done. Why? Because crossing off my list IS stress relief.😊
