A 7hr flight for a 2hr training session? Hell yeah!
Back in Montreal for another awesome training season with @jonchaimberg. My job couldn't be any less active - if I'm not sat on my ass, I'm sleeping - so making sure I move when I get the chance is key to keeping healthy. I was meant to be in Beijing but Jon's training sessions are so good (when he's not training chumps like me, he's training pro athletes), I swapped to come here instead.
