Paris, 1925. The french designer Marcel Rochas opens his first fashion house with a collection of young and modern clothes whose style and shapes become quickly famous amongst the Parisian bourgeoisie. His coats are shorter, his skirts have pockets, and all his creations have in common a unique color scheme never seen before.
Passioned by art and nature, Rochas also creates the famous bird-dress as well as some other visionary pieces, opening the path of new possibilities within the fashion industry. He will later (1936) launch his own perfume brand who gained lot of success too.
