Day 24: #FreeStar

BASE: From Tuck Sit, bend knees into chest keeping a hand to hand grip with flyer (hand shake grip with the first two fingers extended on partner's wrist). As flyer tucks and rolls, bend knees to catch shoulders on feet, aiming to get flyer's hips over head. Extend legs to straight and arms either wide in a diamond shape or elbows bent maintaining a firm grip. Touch heels together, keep legs at 90 and focus on being as stable as possible allowing flyer to explore finding balance without hands.

BASE: From Star, make sure your heels are touching and legs are at 90 to provide a solid anchor. Instruct flyer to press head back into your shins to find the strongest point of contact and support. Keep arms extended straight and wide in a diamond shape. Start lightening the grip and be extra sensitive to the sensation of balance in your legs and feet, eventually taking hands away.

FLYER: From Star, press head back into base's shins to find the strongest point of contact. Keep your legs extended in straddle, energizing through pointed toes, arms extended straight and wide in a diamond shape. Focus your gaze, keep holding body as still and strong as possible. Start lightening the grip, eventually taking hands away.

SPOTTER: Spotter stands behind flyer with hands around hips in narrow warrior stands facing towards flyer's back body. Check for alignment, be the voice of communication and bring flyer and base back into balance when necessary.
