Day 24: #FreeStar
BASE: From Tuck Sit, bend knees into chest keeping a hand to hand grip with flyer (hand shake grip with the first two fingers extended on partner's wrist). As flyer tucks and rolls, bend knees to catch shoulders on feet, aiming to get flyer's hips over head. Extend legs to straight and arms either wide in a diamond shape or elbows bent maintaining a firm grip. Touch heels together, keep legs at 90 and focus on being as stable as possible allowing flyer to explore finding balance without hands.
FLYER: From Tuck Sit, maintain a hand to hand grip and hug elbows into midline. Keep knees tightly tucking into chest. Roll forward and down bringing shoulders onto base's feet and hips over head. Press through arms, take legs to open straddle for Star. From here explore finding balance as flyer squeezes and holds shape.
SPOTTER: Stand behind flyer with hands around hips in narrow warrior stance facing flyer's back body. Check for alignment, be the voice of communication, and bring flyer and base back into balance when necessary.
