Making egg nog for my piggies' breakfast. We try not to waste any of the resources from our farm. Safefood egg controls mean that even small marks on our googies make them unsaleable. When our girls are laying well, we often can't keep up but our piggies don't mind a bit. 'Waste' eggs are mixed with fresh milk from our dairy and served with milled local corn, smashed pumpkins and paddocks full of lush grass. No wonder our pork is tender and delicious!
