Anyway, it basically means that the first thing you need to do is catch your prospect's attention.
Do this with your headline.
Next? You have to get them interested in reading your copy. One or two sentences should be enough to whet their appetite.
Then you've gotta make them desire your product and, more specifically, the BENEFITS they will get from using your product.
Finally, once you've checked off the previous 3 steps, you need to tell your prospect to take action.
Remember: Dont "ask.
