As I mentioned, I truly enjoy sharing workout ideas, choreography, tips, etc. Back in the day (over 20 years ago when I started training and teaching fitness🙄😱) , it was a different world. I went to conventions and master classes throughout the country to gain knowledge and ideas. Now, everything is at your fingertips📱💻...tons of workout accounts, videos, etc...
But, be aware...make sure you are getting info and tips from qualified professionals😉!! Lots of crazy, untrue, and very UNSAFE stuff out there.
