Lower Body BAND mobility
▪️Long band squats
▪️Long band good mornings
▪️Squatting single leg in and outs
👉🏼 These are a good way to warm up your body before you hit legs. Be sure to go slow, never hyperextend your back, and push your knees out. On the kickbacks, notice how I don’t arch my lower back- this is IMPORTANT. I only go as far as my range of motion let’s me without risking any low back pain. I also kick slightly outward to engage my glutes more (personal preference).
