Hey My name is Kelly Reeves and this is my 8 week Thrive Experience. Who knew that from last summer to present day I would be a totally different person, all in less than a year. Let me start by saying that I like to think that I live a pretty healthy lifestyle - but as a wife, busy mom to 2, full-time worker, serving at church, etc. I was tired. A mom zombie, really. Just doing the day to day routine. I was exhausted. I felt like I could do better for myself. You know...work out more, eat more salads, eat all organic, take more supplements, put down the zebra cakes...that kind of stuff. There was something I was lacking. In reality, my body and health were lacking WAY more than just a salad for lunch. I followed my friend and mentor, Megan, for weeks. I was watching all of these incredible stories pop up about these vitamins or some type of 3 step system that I knew nothing about. It was supposedly making people feel good! I finally thought, what the heck! I should see what all the fuss is about. So I ordered. •Day 1: I did all 3 steps as I was instructed to do. I was so desperate for this to work and give me some energy. It hits 3pm in the afternoon and I thought this must be in my head because I wasn't feeling tired. Most days, I was ready for a 5 hour nap. •Day 2&3: I did all 3 steps. I told the hubby that we had to get him the men's pack because I was OBSESSED and literally everyone needed this. I knew I was onto something here... •Day 5: I woke up bright and early. On top of that, I actually slept soundly (of course after getting the baby back to sleep). I followed the 3 steps I was in a good mood. I felt like I found ME again, that I was back and ready for the day, week and year ahead of me. I was finally Thriving not surviving. I now knew what ALL the fuss was about. All 3 steps, done within the first 30 minutes of my day. Give me energy, appetite, weight management, mental clarity ALL day. I want this for every single person, this is the reason why I'm so passionate about sharing! It has helped me SO much, and I know it can help so many who are needing help with their health and energy. My only regret is not starting sooner.
