So loads of personal trainers go on too much about how alcohol is bad or how to make it fit your diet.
But here is my advice to you: you don't care!
You heard me, don't care about it fitting your diet, your drinking to have a good time, not to stay on track with your diet because do you know how much your going to drink? No you don't.
Fair enough, if your training for a comp or your losing weight; yeah, it's probably best if you calculate your drinking but most of you are content with how you look and not competing so why are you worrying?
