Am I a little obsessed with bendy straws? Well of course. I used to love mocha frappuccinos from Starbucks, but one of them is already almost 1/4 of my daily calories. (410 calories with 15 g fat, 65 g carbs, and 5 G protein). So, I’ve been making my own concoctions.
I’m not usually very hungry first thing in the morning, but I need to get back into the anabolic state to burn fat. I make my own frappucino with 1 cup of coffee, 1/2 a scoop of German Chocolate Level-1, and 8-10 ice cubes. (~70 calories with 12.5 G protein, 2 g fat, and 2 g carbs) The best part is that the drink costs less that $1.50 with way more bang for my buck.
