Grilled teal with crackers and horseradish cream sauce! Great as an appetizer!
-Marinate the teal in Zesty Italian dressing and Tony Chacheres Creole seasoning for 3-5 hours. -Grill until medium rare and let rest for 10 minutes before cutting.
-Mix sour cream, horseradish, pepper, and crystal hot sauce to taste.
-Place on crackers and serve. It's that easy!
