SCOLIOSIS? LOL, THAT SHIT IS EASY WORK KID... Been working with @ashley.kramer for the last 18 months off and on. Mostly off. Here is what I shot today when he walked into my place. Last time we trained was about 5 days ago. I noticed I got him not only to neutral in his rigid scoliosis, but even further the opposite way. Gonna fix up the cervical spine next session. After that, we are aiming to run 16 mph in the next few months. 10 mph hour faster than what he ran when he came to us on crutches with a ruined lower back. You reas that right. 10 mph faster.
Here are our static postural changes. Notice that change from a mostly curved spine to a mostly neutral spine? Yeah, I bet you do. Do you assume he is bracing his spine? Nope, you are wrong. THIS IS 100 PERCENT INTRINSIC. NO CUES AT ALL. Here's something else you might notice... You'll notice how few people drop a like on this post. The fact that I likely have found a way to completely reverse a scoliosis will go mostly unnoticed. I did it without any contraptions, fascial manipulations, or any other forms of therapy. Just my own knowledge of understanding of what we do at FP that has never been known before in history.
Want to know why people in the field won't like or share this? It's becausw they'll have to open that bank account and put money into FP. They'll also realize the shit they learned is good in spots, but solves next to nothing in the world of applied kinetics. It's politics folks. I am doing what was known as impossible, and people give zero fucks about it. Give me about 3 months. When this dude hits 10mph faster running, you'll see. Btw, 18 mos later, no pain. Zero.
