February 2012... I was getting ready for the biggest trip that my husband and I had ever been on...destination ✈️ Singapore! As I started to pack I had to pull out summer clothes 👙from just a few months earlier... I started to put outfits together and at one point tried on these shorts ( the ones above) and I could NOT EVEN BUTTON THEM!!! . I am not kidding in that moment I had a stream of emotions - is this possible did I gain this much weight🤦♀️ that even shorts that had just fit me are now to tight??! I felt depressed, fat and honestly really upset with myself that I had let myself gain this weight! . I mean I knew that I put on pounds but those stretchy jeans honestly are forgiving - yea they were a little tight in the middle but I was wearing big oversized sweaters and trying to eat healthy but the weight would not budge! This was a wake up call for sure! . It wasn’t easy at first because I had gotten into the habit of eating late night snacks while watching Netflix and exercise - ha yea that wasn’t happening ....I was scared to exercise because of a back injury. Food became my comfort zone 😕! . I kept up with a exercise program and started eating healthier! I was ready for a change and I was going to make it happen! After about 2 weeks I noticed a huge difference and how my clothes were fitting. After 1 month I had lost over 15 pounds 👏👏👏- that is 1-2 pant sizes! . I have kept the weight off since and have found the balance to help me keep it off while enjoying some of my favorite foods! . Are you ready for a change ?? Let’s do it together ...we start November 27th!!
