200% this is what keeps me fascinated during practice. Not the hunt for the “perfect pose” or how deep I can get into poses...it’s the breath. How long can I make this inhale? How can I get that breath into places where it wasn’t moments before? How can I ride that wave of breath through the ups and downs of my practice/life?
