Today was strength training at the local high school track. 3 rounds (repeat each round twice) of 4 exercises (leg, back, chest, core) taken from some of our favorite total body workouts. Then we ran 1/4 mile between each round. At least we found some shade and a nice northern breeze in the 100• weather. We were pooped afterwards, though 😎. Don't forget to Hydrate & Recover!
