This mornings track workout consisted of 4 sets of 40m sprints with the emphasis of staying low in the drive phase and really concentrating on pumping the arms to generate as much torque for forward momentum as possible. On the slow motion videos watch my body position, it's still a little high but better then it used to be. I'm again consistently landing on the balls of my feet although when my foot strikes the ground; if you were to draw a vertical line from the ball of my foot on the forward leg straight up you'd want your shoulders to be in line with that line. My shoulders are slightly behind meaning I'm pulling with my hamstring versus pushing with my quad and glute: essentially losing a little power, luckily I know the drills to fix it!!
